The Strategic Vision & Objectives of the St-Nicks (St-Nicks.co.uk) Arts Centre are:

To establish the Centre as a self-sustaining hub for creativity, community, and heritage — combining the preservation of an historic site with an active role in contemporary North Norfolk village life.

Cultural Development
Position St-Nicks as a centre for the arts — offering concerts, visual arts, theatre, cinema, rehearsal space and educational activities.

Community Engagement
Build a sense of ownership among residents by encouraging volunteer participation and programming shaped by community input.

Economic Viability
Develop revenue streams through ticketed events, private hire, sponsorship, and partnerships with local businesses.

Environmental Responsibility
Integrate sustainable energy and rewilding initiatives to create an eco-friendly model for rural heritage buildings.

Preservation & Sustainability
Safeguard St Nicholas church for at least the next 100 years through modernisation and adaptive use.

Expand Religious Use

Focus on creating an inclusive, welcoming environment. The church is already used for local christenings, weddings, funerals and a variety of monthly and festival services.  It is planned to increase the number of services when the facilities are upgraded.
